Respect the Staff Team

Abusing or impersonating staff will not be tolerated. If a staff member approaches you for a discussion, engage respectfully and constructively.

If you disagree with how a situation is handled, you have options:

• During a staff chat: ask for assistance from another staff member. If one is available, they will be provided.
• Afterwards: open a confidential ticket in our Discord to raise your concerns.
• If the outcome was a temporary ban or permanent removal and you disagree, submit a Ban Appeal in our Discord explaining why. See Ban Appeals.
