Hostilities
Kidnapping
A single kidnapping may not exceed 30 minutes, measured from initiation to conclusion.
Kidnappings must drive an ongoing storyline and provide engaging roleplay for everyone involved. Do not use a kidnapping purely to inconvenience, remove, or sideline a player without a clear narrative purpose.
Hostility-Free Zones
Criminal groups must not engage in hostile roleplay in or around hospitals.
Hospitals and other essential service areas exist to support the wider server population. Players who respect these spaces and avoid unnecessary disruption will be viewed favourably by staff.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Characters
Active EMS characters are neutral and protected parties. You may not harm, target, or pressure them, regardless of:
- The location they are operating in.
- Who they are treating or reviving.
- Whether they are assisting someone involved in an active conflict.
EMS may enter or respond to potentially hostile scenes when there is a legitimate roleplay reason — for example, treating injured parties at an active scene. Even then, they must not be targeted, harmed, taken hostage, used as leverage, or intentionally drawn into the conflict.
You are not permitted to:
- Kill or injure EMS personnel.
- Involve EMS in hostile situations without a roleplay justification.
- Use crossfire or ongoing conflict as an excuse for harming EMS.
If you believe EMS personnel are acting improperly or breaking rules, report it through staff channels rather than retaliating. See Reporting a Rule Violation.
Hostility Towards Animals
Do not harm or kill animals without a valid in-character reason. Defending yourself against an animal that attacks you is justified; unprovoked harm is not.
This applies to all animals, including but not limited to:
- Purchasable pets.
- Players using animal peds.
Unjustified harm to or killing of animals is treated seriously and may result in significant staff action. Playing as an animal requires staff approval — see Unique Roleplay.
