Reporting a Rule Violation
See someone breaking the rules? Report them — don't get involved. You can report a player in-game or through a Discord ticket. For a refresher on what counts as a violation, see the Server Rules and the Rule Violation Policies.
In-Game Reporting
If you witness a rule violation during gameplay, report it to online staff:
- Use the
/idscommand to show overhead player IDs. - Find the player you want to report and note their ID.
- Use the
/reportcommand to open the report form. - Enter the player's ID and a brief description of the violation.
- Click
Submit. - Disengage from the situation and continue your roleplay.
Do not get involved with players who are breaking the rules — report the incident and carry on. Staff will review the situation, and if you are found to have taken part in the violation, you can be held accountable too.
Staff may not follow up with you directly, but every report is thoroughly reviewed.
Submitting a Ticket
If you have extra evidence or details, the best way to report a player is through a Discord ticket:
- Open a ticket in our Support Discord.
- Select the
player-reportscategory. - Describe the violation, including any relevant context.
- Attach your evidence. Video (with audio) is preferred.
- Wait for a staff member to review your ticket.
Staff need clear evidence to take action — simply stating that a player broke a rule is not enough. This avoids "he said, she said" situations: you wouldn't want to be punished without evidence, and neither would anyone else.
We appreciate every report, as they help improve the server. To protect confidentiality, staff will not disclose the outcome of any report or the punishments issued.
