Ban Appeals

If you have been banned, you can appeal by raising a Ban Appeal ticket in Discord. Appeals follow the four steps below. Note that warnings cannot be appealed — see Rule Violation Policies.

Appeal Process

  1. A ban is issued. A staff member bans you for violating a rule. Before you appeal, review the Respect the Staff Team rule for guidance on engaging with staff constructively.

  2. Raise a ticket. Open a ticket under the Ban Appeal category. Explain in detail why you believe you were banned and why you should be unbanned.

  3. Staff review. A staff member reviews your ticket, may ask follow-up questions, and gathers evidence to complete their investigation. We do not provide ETAs. Repeatedly tagging staff or asking for updates will get your appeal closed without review.

  4. Outcome. You will be notified of the outcome in the ticket once the investigation is complete. If your appeal is denied, that decision is final — there are no further appeals, and submitting additional ones will get them closed without review.
