Powergaming
Powergaming is the act of using in-game mechanics, external information, or roleplay actions to unfairly benefit your character or others, giving them an unrealistic or unfair advantage. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hearing conversations outside of proximity: If your character is separated by thick walls, different levels, or inside vehicles, they would not be able to hear conversations clearly or at all. You must ignore any information gained in this manner.
- Combat logging to avoid roleplay: Disconnecting or logging out during an active roleplay scene to avoid losing items, getting arrested, or participating in medical roleplay is prohibited. Attempting to avoid these situations may result in your items being wiped.
- Unrealistic demands during hostile situations: During kidnappings or hostage situations, demands should be realistic. Police will not fulfil unrealistic requests such as money or weapons. Be creative and realistic with your demands; executing hostages due to unmet unrealistic demands may violate the RDM rule.
- Chain robbing or scamming: Robbing multiple players or scamming others without sufficient roleplay context will not be tolerated. Robbery or scams must have a valid roleplay explanation behind them.
