Rule Violation Policies
Staff Decisions
All staff decisions are final. If you are found breaking a rule and a staff member takes action against you and you disagree, please engage with them constructively and ensure you have reviewed the Respect the Staff Team rule for guidelines on expected conduct.
There are no appeals for warnings.
In-Game
Hydrate Roleplay operates a warning points system for rule violations. The warning points system is designed to ensure fair and consistent enforcement of our rules, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. Points accumulate over a rolling 90-day period, and specific thresholds trigger escalating punishments. This system provides a transparent and consistent rule enforcement policy that both staff and players can refer to, ensuring everyone understands the consequences of their actions. Below you will find detailed information on how the system works, the different violation categories, and the consequences of accumulating points.
Rule violations can vary in severity, and the staff team will decide where a rule violation fits when issuing a punishment.
