Appeal Process

Rule Violation Occurs: A ban is issued by a staff member for violating a rule. Please review the Respect the Staff Team rule for guidance on conducting yourself and engaging with the staff member constructively.

Raise a Ticket: Under the Ban Appeal category, raise a ticket. Provide a detailed account of why you believe you were banned and why you should be unbanned.

Staff Review: A staff member will review your ticket, may ask further questions, and gather evidence from other sources to complete their investigation. We do not provide ETAs for responses. Repeatedly tagging or asking for updates will result in your appeal being closed without review.

Outcome: You will be notified about the outcome of your appeal in the ticket once the investigation is complete. If your appeal is denied, that decision is final, and there are no further appeals. Submitting additional appeals will result in them being closed without review.
